We never sell your data.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of the people above are in Morocco, where the event takes place, and some service providers are in the United States. Where we transfer data to Morocco, it is because this is necessary to deliver the trip you have booked or to protect you in an emergency. Service providers in the US process data under appropriate safeguards, such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.
How long we keep it
- Health information: kept for up to 3 years after the event, the period in which an injury claim can be brought, then deleted.
- Passport details: deleted within 3 months after the event.
- Signed participant agreements: kept for 6 years.
- Financial records: kept for 6 years, as tax law requires.
- Marketing contacts: kept until you unsubscribe.
Photos and video
We film and photograph our events and use the footage in our marketing and documentaries, as set out in your participant agreement.
